The hotel chain has just opened its first establishment in Europe, in London, ideally located across the street from King’s Cross/St Pancras.
The concept is simple: three restaurants, a bar and of course, rooms.
The building was built in the 1970s but almost everything has been tastefully revamped. The theme of 60-70 is omnipresent. We are transported into another decade.
The bright and spacious rooms have incredible view on the train station. Bright colors, custom-made furniture, everything is top notch.
The first restaurant on the main floor, the Double Standard is ideal for brunch (eggs, French toast, burgers) or for a simple meal (burger, mac’n’cheese) paired with a brew.
Isla, the central restaurant, serves more refined, seasonal food inspired by the English seaside.
And on the top floor of the hotel, you’ll find Decimo, where Mexican-inspired food will be served with an unbeatable view of the city.
We also love the library bar where you can enjoy a cocktail by the fireplace.
