Tapisserie

16 Av. de la Motte-Picquet, 75007 Paris

Neighborhood pastry shop. The team behind Septime and Clamato opened this concept that we love, a “living pastry” shop.

Imagine pastries that will make you want to wake up in the middle of the night. Of course made with organic flour, ingredients from farms that respect nature and for the rest (chocolate, sugar, vanilla…) traceable and fair trade.

The star, the choux à la flouve (grass which gives an aroma of vanilla and hay), the mezcal baba (blood orange, mezcal and Espelette pepper) or even the maple syrup tart (the Clamatarte) surprisingly light and not too sweet!

The pastry shop also serves as a coffee shop/deli. You can sit there to drink a coffee and taste one of their wonders.

There is also a selection of artisanal products (pears or kumquats in syrup, jams, spiced honey, chocolate bars, etc.), but also a selection of kombucha, beer or cider (the cider comes from Treyvaux in Switzerland), coffee from 10 Belle…

PLAN B: Be careful, they have two locations. The one in which you can sit and chill, the one in the 7th at La Motte-Picquet and the one at Charonne in the 11th where you have to take everything away.
