The Parisian mix of New York’s Fette Sau and Brooklyn Brewery is the Paname Brewing Company.
Located at the edge of the basin of La Villette, which connects the Ourcq Canal to the Canal Saint-Martin, the PBC enjoys an idyllic setting. Terraces with tables outside, big convivial tables inside.
Their specialty: beer. They brew on the spot their craft beers: Œil de Biche (Deer’s Eye) or Barge of the Canal. They are really excellent.
On the food side, the theme is street food: pizza, burgers, pulled pork, ribs. We highly recommend this place that is like Brooklyn in Paris.
