Kumo

And another cool spot in Fribourg! Kumo, Asian food on your plate, inspired by Korean, Japanese and Taiwanese food. Ben and Leo have once again found the winning recipe. Located on rue de Lausanne, this small restaurant with a simple decor serves excellent dishes.

The menu includes a few starters: gyozas (Japanese ravioli), kimchi (a Korean spicy and fermented cabbage dish),vegetarian or pork bao buns (small Taiwanese fluffy tacos).

For the main: beef or fish tartares,  vegetarian ramen noodle soup or Tantanmen Beef (ground beef with spicy beef and noodles), a real treat. There are also Kumo Bowls, a dish served cold over rice, pineapple and beef, for example.

PLAN B: you can also take everything to go and have a Netflix and chill kinda evening.
