A cute small restaurant in the town of Estavayer that is worth a stop. Once you enter this establishment, you will immediately feel at home. The decor is warm and friendly. Filled with some antics: old tables, chairs, paintings and other knick-knacks.
The owners Stéphanie and Benjamin immediately put you at ease.
For lunch, two dishes to choose from, including a vegetarian option, always local and seasonal products. Bistronomic dishes that change all the time: earthy cuisine on certain days, Moroccan on another or even Cajun.
In the evening, you will choose between the tasting menu or à la carte. There is always a surprising little touch. Whether in the choice of ingredients: beer made spätzli or red cabbage with vanilla for Harvest menu or in the story behind the ingredients (farm to table for most of them).
The choice of wines, beers and ciders is always on top.
