A BBQ-style salad, which mixes textures and flavors of grilled ingredients.

But if you don’t have a BBQ, you can grill everything in the oven. This recipe is inspired by Yotam Ottolenghi.

1 red onion, sliced
⅔ cup of sweet corn
2 cups cherry tomatoes
4 cups of shrimp
Grill every single item on the BBQ then add the dressing.
1 tbsp of sriracha
1 ½ tbsp of olive oil
1 clove of garlic, smashed
1 tsp of sugar
1 lime (zest and juice)
