3 tbsp butter
3 limes (for the juice and zest)
1 bunch tarragon
1 bunch dill
Crush and mix the butter and avocados with half the lemons and herbs.
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp of capers
2 tbsp olive oil
Mix it all up with whatever you have left before. .
Toast the slices of bread and rub them with a little garlic before adding the avocado stuffing and tomato salsa.
